Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the concluded sales contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.

How to Make a Return

Let us know about your withdrawal from the contract by sending the completed return form (below) or another unambiguous statement to miau@catura.pl.
Send the Product back to: Aktro sp. z o.o., ul. Gen. Władysława Andersa 7 lok. 4, 15-124 Białystok, Poland, no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase with the package – this will make it easier and faster for us to identify your return.

Return Cost

The Customer bears the cost of returning the Product to the Seller.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal from the contract, using the same payment method the Customer used, unless the Customer agrees to a different method that does not involve any additional cost. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been received back.

Condition of the Returned Product

The Product should be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The Customer is liable for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Complaints

A return under the right of withdrawal is not the same as a complaint under statutory warranty for defects. If the product you received is defective or does not match its description, contact us at miau@catura.pl – describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos.
